    1. We’ve tried a few. Haven’t seen Pamela’s. First we tried a GF “all purpose flour” in our regular home made recipe. Terrible. Next we tried a mix I found at Costco, I think. It was better, but still kinda dry. Just looking for that good fluffy pancake. Does it exist in GF Land????

  1. I’ve been toying with this idea for some time now. I have a friend who is GF by choice and has found that she feels so much better.

Alberto was formally diagnosed with ADHD/Impulsive last summer, so we’re on the meds which cost a fortune. He’s doing much better on them and also dropped 8 lbs in 5 months because his appetite disappeared (I seem to have found it and the 8 lbs).

Great stuff. I’ll be checking out the book and implementing immediate changes that are simple before going full throttle.

    Thanks for the post!

    1. Ana, replied to this on your FB page, but also wanted to say HOLY COW with the weight loss!!! Same with Elijah. He’s so skinny now. I load him up in the mornings and at night, just to offset the calorie deficiency during the day.

  2. Fantastic post. I do suffer from a lot of the symptoms and hadn’t realized the gluten free diet addressed that. I felt better after detoxing a few weeks ago. Now that I’m gradually eating more sugar and bread, I’m feeling worse. I think I definitely need to take a look at this.

Thanks for all the good info.

    1. I never realized that, either, Ramona. It’s certainly worth a shot. Paying attention to how food makes you feel is vital component to eating well, I think.
