Ep 156: Why Can’t You Focus?

Our ability to pay attention is collapsing. In the U.S. teenagers can focus on one task for only 65 seconds at a time, and office workers average only three minutes. Maybe you’ve made a joke of the whole thing and just called it “Mom Brain.” This is Part 2 of our Social Media Series, and today we are talking about how social media has stolen our ability to focus and what we can do about it today. Listen in.
