  3. This was hilarious. We couldn't have planned it any better. I think we complimented each other very well… Actually, I think you explained it alot better than I did! Great stuff!

    As for mucous man. I've had my own little mucous man and mucous girls for the past 2 weeks. I got over my strep throat and my mucous children have now passed the torch on! I'm totally with you on the chapped nose!

  5. I do this already but need to be more intentional about it because I always guess on the timing.

    Do you go beyond 20 minutes of cardio or do you find that amount of time works fine for you?

  7. Sandy, I hope you feel better soon! What a time to get sick; at Easter. That mucous man has something coming to him. Lol.

    Greg and I did the interval training at the Pritikin Center. They told us it was a great way to bump up, especially if you keep hitting a plateau. I must confess that I rarely do it though. It's hard! But maybe I'll try it again.

    I loved the JibJab thing; how funny was that? Love you and will pray that you get better quickly.

  9. Hey Sandy, I'm planning on trying the "Lose Belly Fat" program. It's an eight week program that gets increasingly harder as the weeks go on. It also stresses on doing the cardio every other day and lifting in between – like Body For Life, which you and I know all about.

    Let me know if you want to do it with me and we can be accountability partners. I was looking at starting Week 1 next week. I just have to figure out what days I will be doing the cardio and which days I'll be lifting.
