  1. Sandy,
I believe that I can tell you work well on all 58 of those things. You are right what we weigh compares little to those things we weigh in regard to character.

    1. I don’t know how well I do on all 58, but I do know that I can’t measure them on my scale. I’m leading a group of ladies in a 90-Day Challenge, and today was weigh-in day. And I have to admit, I was a little disappointed in my progress this month–my WEIGHT progress. I had to sit down and think about all the progress I made that was NOT weight. So, basically, I wrote this post for me. 🙂

Thanks for your constant encouragement, Mark.

  2. I’ve been trying to lose 10 pounds and it’s been really tough! I’ve been faithful to work out and done a pretty good job on the “diet” part too. But still, with 6 pounds to go…that stupid scale cannot be the barometer of my progress.

  3. Love this Sandy! I know it all to be true but there are days when I know stepping on a scale is not a good idea. Something about my mood (or whatever) would throw all this out the window and then place way too much importance on the number. And if the number isn’t what I think it should be? OMG!
