  1. Love love love this post Sandy. During many conversations with my kids I realize it's the family time they remember. I cook Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner as clean as possible and with healthy tweaks of some of the family favorites.

Our time off from school and work for the holidays are walks to see Christmas lights, board games galore, baking for neighbors, movie nights…it's all about being together 🙂

    Have a great weekend!

  2. I really love this post. I have been increasingly shifting our lives from being so food-centric. My kids do not embrace the change, but wow, I feel so much better both in my body and my spirit 🙂 Enjoy your weekend and your Thanksgiving 🙂

  3. I have been working hard on not having everything revolve around food. I have discovered that we can go on a long walk without stopping for coffee etc. It has been good.

    Fondly,
    Glenda
