  1. Sandy, I actually wrote a Fitness Friday today. I'm so glad that you were able to go to the Beth Moore event. She really is so good, isn't she?

    I finally joined a gym close by and have been working out daily for one week now. I have no idea how much I weigh though because I cannot find my scale. It's in a box in the garage somewhere. With our recent move, everything got displaced including my normal weight. LOL.

  2. Do you like the 30 minute shred a lot? I am down for 2 weeks since my surgery, but am looking at other exercise routines to add to my running.
