Today’s episode is for the tired moms. And let’s face it, that’s most of you. Maybe all of you. You are tired from the last three years. You are tired of the cultural climate. You are tired because we haven’t had a full night’s sleep since you brought your baby home from the hospital. You are tired of the marriage issues or the work issues or the financial issues or the extended family issues or the health issues. You need rest. Real rest. Restorative rest. Sustaining rest. I’m helping you with that today

The 5 Types of Sustaining Rest:

  • Sleep
  • Sabbath
  • Sabbatical/Seasonal
  • Sick
  • Sacred

I also define “Sustain” and tell you three things you need to know about rest. Oh, and I quote Mark Buchanan a lot.
