You can do way more than you think you can. We all have a reserve of energy, strength, endurance, and fortitude that exists beyond our comfort zone. Getting stronger and healthier isn’t only about will power or programs or dietary guidelines. It’s also about learning to access your reserve tank when you think you can’t go any further.

Today I tell you the story of Jesse Itzler and David Goggins from the book Living With a SEAL.

The 40% Rule says when your mind is telling you you’re done, you’re really only 40% done.
