The summer is officially behind us, the kids are back in school and I am back from a 3-month podcast break which included a 1-month complete work break. Coming back from a break of any kind can feel overwhelming. And since “overwhelm” appears to be my default setting, of course, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed right now. You too? No worries.
