Please Pray for Me
Dear Blog Friends,
I will be taking a break for the next week while I prepare for and attend the Writing for the Soul Conference in Denver. (you really must click on the link and see the outstanding line-up! I’m so excited I just might pee my pants.)
While I’m gone, I have some amazing guests posts scheduled that you will NOT want to miss. I promise. Some really amazing posts.
Please pray for me as I present my book proposal for Taken By Storm: Hearing God Speaks in the Midst of Chaos to several more publishers. More than anything, I just want God’s perfect will. If this is not His timing for a book contract, then I’m totally OK with that. But until He tells me differently, I’m trusting Him for this promise:
“Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.” (Proverbs 16:3 Amp)
I appreciate your abundance of prayers, encouragment and affirmation in my writing and in my ministry. God speaks to me everyday through all of you.
I don't know much about these meetings and conferences and such, but I do have one piece of advice…don't pee your pants.
I'll be praying for you this week. You'll be great and they're gonna love you!
