Ep 183: How to Optimize Your Energy Through Seasonal Living with Sarah Dalton, Part 2

Today I welcome back to the show my dear friend Sarah Dalton. If you haven’t listened to EP182, be sure to do that first, where she shared the first 2 steps of her 3-step process to optimize your energy levels through seasonal living. Today, she gives us step 3, along with some sage advice for moms in the midst of transition or those enduring a difficult season.

BIO: Sarah Dalton is the founder of Your Simply Big Life, an online community that empowers women to step out of overwhelm and take ownership of their day. Her mission is to help ambitious moms organize their time and optimize their energy so that they can go after their big goals while taking care of themselves and being present for their family. Sarah is the host of the Peace and Productivity Podcast and creator of the Peace and Productivity Method that helps moms gain clarity around their priorities, design intentional rhythms, stay focused, and live in alignment with their core
values.
