Ep 46: Create Simple Meal Plans
Simple meal planning is the single best tip I have for keeping your eating on track.
1. Plan dinners only
2. Cook meat for 2-3 days at a time.
3. Eat leftovers.
4. Use your crockpot.
5. Make soup and eat it for lunch all week.
6. Always serve salad.
7. Make super-simple sides (fruits and veggies.)
8. Eat the same breakfast every day.
9. Find meals you love and eat them until you are sick of them.
