  2. This looks ever so helpful…..I've always wondered how many cals I burn just doing normal stuff since I feel I sprint up/down the stairs quite a few times a day. Certainly this counts as a work-out some days, right, RIGHT?!?!

  3. We could always exchange your GMC in for a horse and wagon, turn the backyard into a garden and wash the clothes with rain water. 🙂
