  1. It works! Just returned home from the gym. With a plan to "do" the exercise bike for 30 minutes… every 5 minutes I thought about getting through the next five minutes. Thirty minutes was a cake walk considering I typically want to quit after 15!! Thank you for this suggestion. -donna
