  1. You really do know the true SECRET; God is my strength! AMEN and AMEN! Sometimes we forget and try to make changes in our own strength and get into trouble. You know I knew this stuff but sometimes it's so good to hear it again and be reminded of this most important message. And of course, having the message in Sandy style makes it so much more profound and …fun! Thanks my friend for an important Fitness Friday message.

  3. I love reading all your secrets.

I'm actually in Dallas visiting my parents. It seems like we've been on vacation for 2 weeks now. I just had to read your post. I'll be reading everyone elses later. I miss everyone!

I posted on staying motivated and posted pictures of me last year VS this year.

Hope things are going well for you.

  5. Great post, but can I just say that I couldn't help but notice that as you were commenting on the evils of sugar, I spotted your adorable children slurping icees and wearing kool-aid smiles! I love the irony!

Sorry, as a nutritionist who works with children, that just happened to be the first thing that stood out to me!

But we know that God will be their strength as well, when they come down from the sugar high. And you may possibly need His strength more than ever at that moment, to help them resist in the future!

You are awesome and have the best blog I have ever seen anywhere! You inspire me and entertain me all at the same time! Keep it up!
