    I enjoyed that 12 hour rant or ramble. 🙂 I am also proud that you do work so hard at keeping fit. I admire how you do that. Put a lock with a timer on the pantry!!

  2. I read this post the first time, and it is just as true and funny the second time around, love it! Exactly how my brain works – although mine is usually like a switch that flips around 2pm each day. Most mornings, I’m all “healthy, healthy, water, water, whole foods, more whole foods, another glass of water….then around 2, “just one piece of chocolate, of two… it is dark and GOOD for me, okay maybe just one small taste of cookie, oh heck, I worked out, i can have the whole cookie…..”
