    I've been fortunate to have been successful and reaching most of my yearly goals for the past 5 years or so. Goal setting principles?

    1. Have a plan and make it a priority.
    2. Talk about it! Make your goals public. (It's part of the fun.)
    2. And use the SMART principles for goal setting Specific

    Measurable

    Attainable

    Realistic

    Timely

  3. HI visiting from fitness friday bloghop! My post was on the "all or nothing" trap. Writing down goals, short term or long term help me and I tell myself it's okay to make mistakes…it makes me stronger. Great post
