  5. So many great points! I appreciate your words on Jillian's 30 Day Shred. I just did my first day of Level I (you can read about it on my blog) – it is good to know that some people actually live to make it to Level 3!

  7. Sandy, for someone who had nothing planned to write, you rock! I know I can always read your posts and …laugh! You are an entertaining writer for sure. Hmm …I haven't been to Whole Foods in ages. No Birkenstocks for me though.

    I've never read Jillian's books or done her workouts but I subscribe to her online. I guess I should really start reading what she writes too.

    You made some great points about lethargy in exercise and wanting to do the least. Getting in shape is hard work; I agree! And consistency is so important.

    I know this upcoming SheSpeaks will be so good for you.

    After I have this baby girl, I just might pick up that Jillian Michael's DVD. I keep hearing great things about it!

    I want to run some 5K's in the fall. And along with running, Jillian's workout sounds perfect.

  11. I use stevia. It's great in homemade lemonade and tea with lots of lemon.
    I have also subbed it for sugar in baking. Worked out fine for that particular "south beach chocolate cookie" recipe.

    I knew Gokey on AI was a worship leader but not Kris. I'm assuming Adam is not the other worship leader you are referring to.

    Your salad sounds good. Have you ever gotten the Close Talker salad from Moe's? Sooooo good. I have them add fresh jalapenos and cilantro to mine. Oh my.

    I was so excited today to roller blade 3 miles…12 laps around the awesome track we have.

    Love your tips on fitness! I just went out and bought myself some resistance bands. I am so stoked to get started!

    actually though… hehe.. the total weight lost in the pictures was 18 lbs. But I had to put that I had lost 11 lbs for the 12 week challenge since it started in Feb.

    I don´t think I won but it was fun! I just really enjoy all the accountability. It´s helping me so much!

    I need gentle nudges and some coaxing in the exercise department. With Fibromyalgia going on, some days it's tough just to get up and get movin…but you have inspired me along with others such as Michele here. Kick my but and get me goin girls!

    I'm still busier than ever, but I'm trying to catch up on my blogging while working!

    I'm planning on readin Jillian's book while I'm on vacation in June. I just don't have the time to do it right now. I did day 8 of Making the Cut today. For some reason it seems a lot easier for me now – I have no idea why because I haven't done it in months.
